OCTOBER 27, 2022 -- Public Schools of Saskatchewan will be recognizing public school student groups or classes that support citizenship or character building within their schools or community by providing annual Student Citizenship Awards. Student groups or classes at elementary and high school will be recognized for their contributions. There will be three $1,000 awards for Grades 1 to 8 and three $1,000 awards for Grades 9 to 12.

Conferences will be Wednesday, October 5 for Kinder A (no school for this class only) & Thursday, October 6th for Kinder B - Gr. 8 (no school for everyone). Please return the note you received with your choice of conference ASAP!

SEPTEMBER 28, 2022 -- The 100th anniversary of Fire Prevention Week is October 9 to 15, 2022, and the theme is "Fire won't wait. Plan your escape." Today's homes burn faster than ever. You may have as little as two minutes (or even less time) to safely escape a home fire from the time the smoke alarm sounds. Your ability to get out of a home during a fire depends on early warning from smoke alarms and advance planning.

We will be recognizing Orange Shirt Day this year on Thursday, Sept. 29. We will celebrate with an assembly and activities at 2:00. 

Friday, September 30th will be a day to remember and acknowledge our role in reconciliation.
